About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Quality/Design Engineer to join our team in Taiwan. The primary focus will be on thermal control couplings for liquid cooling applications in the Data Center market segment.

As a Quality/Design Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring our products and services meet the highest quality standards. You will work closely with various teams, including product development, quality department, production, and customer service, to identify and resolve issues, implement improvements, and prevent future problems. This position is based in Taiwan, working out of the local office, but you will report to our headquarters in Sweden. You should be able to work both independently and as a team player, with the interpersonal skills necessary to develop strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers regarding quality issues and design questions.
  • Conduct quality checks on products and services.
  • Identify and analyze product quality issues.
  • Develop and implement improvement plans.
  • Collaborate with various teams at headquarters to prevent future problems.
  • Document quality processes and procedures.
  • Stay up to date on the latest quality standards within the Data Center market segment.
  • Travel abroad as needed to meet customers and suppliers.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a relevant field.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Quality Engineer and Design Engineer within the Data Center industry.
  • Experience with IATF-16949, PPAP, and 8D-reports.
  • Proficiency in CAD software.
  • Experience in quality control of products and services within the Data Center industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese.
  • Experience working with CSP/ODM (Cloud Service Providers / Original Design Manufacturers).
