The Sales Manager is responsible for the growth and expansion of the sales team in assigned accounts within the Pall MicroElectronics segments in Taiwan on products or services. The incumbent will be responsible in establishing professional relationships with the key personnel in customer accounts. Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and margin.

This position is part of the Pall Taiwan Sales department and will be located in Hsinchu.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Represents the company to the customer and the customer to the company in all sales-oriented activities.
  • Identifies customer needs and develops/implements sales strategies.
  • Oversee strategic business initiatives, from development through successful executions. Initiate and streamline implementation of solutions to customer's high value problems.
  • Communicate and present Pallâs product roadmaps and capabilities to the customer, as well as communicating and presenting the customerâs technology needs to product group.
  • Drive new product and application sales initiatives for Pall MicroElectronics business which includes foundry fabs, DRAM manufacturing, electronics material manufacturing, PCB manufacturing, chemical suppliers, tool OEMs & system integrator.
  • Conduct market research, pricing analysis, competitive analysis.
  • Cross-functional team work with both internal & external customers.
  • Learn & implement Danahar Business tools.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • M.S./B.S. degree in engineering area.
  • Multiple years of proven working experience in a technical or direct sales role in interacting with semiconductor customer.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluent English & Mandarin communication capability.
  • Knowledge of SFDC funnel management.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Liquid/gas filtration & purification.
  • Semiconductor OEM tools.
