Description:
Develop and increase business with existing and prospective customers.
Collect and Analyze market related information, such as market trends, competition etc.
Set up NPI process, control release and marketing of the new products.
Support sales to reach company profit and growth targets, annual sales budget.
Liaise with sister divisions to bring and share the knowledge.
Organize trade shows and promotional activities. Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree and above or its equivalent in work experiences.
Experience:
At least 5-8 years’ experience in related market is a must.
Languages: Excellent command of English (mandatory); Chinese (Mandarin) – third language is a strong advantage.
Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
Traits & Attitude: Highly motivated, resilient under pressure, competitive, proactive, goal-oriented, quick learner, culturally curious, and persistent.
Connector & Cable assembly related experience is a plus.
