Candidate Profile】

  • 具備財務報表簽證資格(符合公開發行公司財報簽核規定)。
  • 具備公司治理實務經驗,熟悉相關法規要求。
  • 曾參與或主導公司IPO相關工作,熟悉流程與準備事項。
  • 擁有良好溝通協調能力,能獨立規劃與推動各項專案。
  • 具備會計師資格尤佳。

Responsibilities】

  • 建立並完善公司財務、會計與內控制度,確保運作合規與有效性。
  • 負責財務報表編製、審核與出具,確保符合相關法規及集團管理要求。
  • 參與並協助規劃未來IPO相關工作,提供財務面專業建議與執行規劃。
  • 規劃團隊分工,帶領並培育團隊成員,強化整體財務營運效率。
  • 跨部門協調,配合集團政策及審計單位需求,提供必要財務資訊與配合事項。
