Your Role
We are looking for a Project Engineer to support our project based in Lukang. The role consists of reporting and documentation, and on-site follow-up of repairs and maintenance activities.

Key responsibilities to include:
Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare repair reports, service reports, NCRs, MOMs, and submittals in line with the client's formats and procedures
  • Ensure accuracy, clarity, and timely delivery of all documentation
  • Maintain document registers, revision control, and filing discipline
  • Prepare weekly and monthly summary reports for internal and client use

Follow-up of Repairs & Maintenance

  • Support site activities during corrective and preventive maintenance
  • Follow up subcontractors on site and verify work progress, punch items, and close-outs
  • Assist onsite coordination with the client and subcontractor teams
  • Support basic troubleshooting discussions (mechanical and electrical)
  • Ensure that safety, PTW and procedural requirements are followed during works

The JDN team is dynamic, amicable, hands-on and driven to deliver. You will be supported with experience and competence whilst benefiting from short communication lines between the different departments and management levels.

Qualifications & Profile

  • Master degree in engineering (electrical, mechanical, or related field) — or relevant experience
  • Fluent Chinese and very good English (for reporting and communication)
  • Strong interest in learning electrical and mechanical engineering in the offshore wind sector
  • Skilled in planning, coordination, and structured reporting
  • Detail-oriented, practical and well-organized, and able to work with deadlines practically in the field as well as admin wise
  • Positive, proactive team player with good communication skills.
