Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager, located in TaoYuan Taiwan. The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and growing client relationships, managing customer accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include identifying new business opportunities, providing technical support, coordinating with internal teams to fulfill customer needs, and preparing sales reports and forecasts. The Account Manager will also attend industry events and stay updated on market trends to effectively promote and sell Unictron's piezo or transducers products.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer relationship management and account management skills
  • Proven ability in identifying new business opportunities and providing technical support
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of electronic components and applications, especially in ultrasonic transducers or acoustic field
  • Ability to analyze market trends and prepare sales reports and forecasts
  • Experience in coordinating with internal teams to meet customer needs
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in the technology or electronics industry is a plus
