Staff Foundry Engineer

【Position Overview】
As a Foundry Engineer, you will be responsible for improving silicon process performance and yield, supporting foundry capacity expansion, and ensuring production stability during mass production. You will collaborate with foundry partners to implement process enhancements, qualify tools and materials, resolve yield and quality issues, and monitor production baselines using SPC and real-time data to drive continuous improvement and ensure product reliability.
【Responsibilities】
Si process improvement for OVT product performance or quality in the production stage: Process BKM development and evaluation/verification to implement into the production line
Si wafer foundry capacity expansion for mass production: Qualify/release more tools and materials suppliers verification.
Si process yield improvement: Process and tools tighten control, defect reduction
Resolve Si process-related low yield or MRB or CCN issues: EFA/PFA to find out the root cause and drive corrective and preventive actions for fab excursion, MRB, and customer complaint events.
Si fabs production stability Improvement: Production baseline monitor by inline/offline SPC, PCM, OQC, equipment real-time monitor, or FDC (fault detection and classification) system to reduce baseline variation.
