在 Coupang,我們致力於為所有員工提供安全且合規的工作環境。作為 EHS 專員,你將是關鍵的個人貢獻者,負責與第一線物流營運團隊合作,推動強大的安全文化。此職位需要出色的人際關係管理能力,因為你將與員工及領導團隊密切合作,進行稽核、執行合規措施,並主動降低風險。你將在班次期間確保安全規範的遵守,直接影響工作場所的安全與營運卓越。

主要職責:
1. 合規與稽核

• 在營運班次期間進行 EHS 稽核,確保符合安全法規與公司政策,發現並記錄不合規事項,提出改善建議並追蹤解決進度

• 確保遵守台灣職業安全衛生法,並在需要時支援主管機關檢查

• 協助事故調查、根本原因分析及改善措施的執行
2. 風險評估與降低

• 在高風險工作區域進行危害識別與風險評估

• 建議並執行安全改善措施以降低職災發生率

• 監控個人防護設備(PPE)的正確使用及標準作業程序(SOP)的遵守情況
3. 員工參與與訓練

• 與第一線主管及員工合作,推動主動安全文化

• 執行 EHS 訓練課程,教育員工安全作業與緊急應變程序

• 成為營運團隊值得信賴的安全顧問,提供工作場所安全改善建議
4. 班次安全支援

• 在班次期間積極巡視現場,即時觀察並處理安全問題

• 成為第一線員工的安全專家,促進開放溝通與信任

• 主導安全早會、工具箱會議及班次安全簡報
5. 數據收集與報告

• 追蹤並分析安全績效指標,找出趨勢與改善空間

• 撰寫稽核結果、合規狀況及事故趨勢報告

• 根據數據洞察支援 EHS 專案的規劃與執行

必要條件:

• 職業安全衛生、環境科學、工程或相關領域學士學位

• 具備乙級職業安全衛生管理員證照

• 熟悉台灣職場安全法規與合規要求

• 有在快節奏環境中進行稽核與推動合規的經驗

• 優秀的人際溝通與影響力,能與各層級員工合作

• 能配合營運需求出差至龍潭廠區,自備交通工具

加分條件:

• 具備 1年以上 EHS 工作經驗,物流、製造或倉儲領域尤佳

• 具備其他職業安全或健康相關證照(如 NEBOSH、CSP 或本地等效證照)

• 熟悉 EHS 數位工具與即時安全監控系統

• 有跨國企業或高速成長環境工作經驗

• 中英文雙語能力佳
