Job Description:
The Role:
在一般管理條件與要求下,依據相關標準作業程序及作業指導書執行各項生產活動,包括預防性保養、設備檢查、5S生產環境之清潔與維護;並確實遵循品質管理系統及環境安全衛生管理系統之相關規範與要求。

In this role you will:
遵循作業安全規範與品質要求
依照公司制定之安全作業標準與品質管理規範,確保生產流程安全且產品品質穩定。

執行日常生產作業
依排定之輪班制度執行日常生產工作:

  • 早班:07:30~16:30
  • 中班:15:30~00:30
  • 夜班:23:30~08:30
  • 換班頻率:每週輪替

依標準作業程序執行產品批次生產
包括原物料接收與準備、帳料與庫存管理、生產中間品之取樣與檢測、分析儀器校正,以及生產數據之紀錄與管理。

執行成品灌裝作業
包括濾芯更換與過濾器操作、灌裝容器清洗線操作、成品標籤列印與黏貼,操作堆高機將成品運送至倉庫。

生產系統操作與監控
熟悉並操作生產系統,即時監控生產狀況,確保系統穩定運作。

回報生產異常狀況
發現生產異常或設備故障時,立即通報值班主管並協助處理。

參與品質與安全持續改善活動
積極參與品質提升與安全改善相關活動,促進工作流程優化與風險降低。

執行環安衛與
5S
管理,維持工作環境整潔
落實環境安全衛生管理與5S活動,確保工作場所整潔、有序、安全。

Traits we believe make a strong candidate:

  • 具備1-3 年製造業工作經驗 (生產設備及原物料操作),化工廠背景尤佳。
  • 在有限監督或自主管理的環境下,獨立完成交付之工作任務。
  • 具備基本辦公室作業軟體操作能力(如Microsoft Word、Excel及PowerPoint)
  • 可配合生產排程需求,接受輪班及加班安排。
  • 因應系統操作需求,須具備基本英文理解及簡易閱讀能力
  • 具備設備保養與維修經驗者尤佳
  • 學歷要求: 高中職以上。
  • 必備證照:堆高機操作技術士
