What Will You Do
As a Senior Product Manager – Securities, you will be involved in the planning, design, development and launch of securities financial services, and each step will be accurately judged based on market trends and user needs. In your day-to-day role, you will be responsible for translating complex securities business logic into intuitive product designs, while leveraging data analytics to drive strategy. In addition, you need to actively coordinate internal and external resources, including technical teams, designers, and external partners, to drive the project forward. • In-depth understanding of the securities market dynamics and user needs, responsible for zero-to-one or optimization of existing securities-related products, including trading, quotes, information and financial tools and other aspects.
• Independently define user stories, write product requirements documents (PRDs), draw wireframes and flow diagrams, and transform complex business logic into clear and easy-to-understand product design solutions.
• Actively understand customer needs, and work closely with external brokers, financial institutions and internal technology departments to effectively handle the connection, development and optimization of securities-related business.
• Use data analysis and user research methods to gain insight into market trends and behavior patterns, formulate specific and feasible product strategies, and set clear observation indicators.
• Propose fundamental and concrete solutions to achieve the stated product goals and improve the overall user experience.
• Adopt an agile approach to the product development process, effectively integrate designers and software engineering teams, coordinate resources and develop a clear delivery plan in the project.
• Actively collect and feedback user opinions, and continuously optimize product functions and interface design to enhance the value of the ecosystem and business results.
• Participate in cross-departmental communication and collaboration to ensure smooth information flow and solve problems together to accelerate the time-to-market.
