Job Content

  • Assist the Head of Business Management in carrying out responsibilities and tasks.
  • Co-work with business stakeholders for initiatives and regulatory/group policy implementation .etc.
  • To ensure day-to-day GPB investment transaction operation flow is performed smoothly.
  • To complete relevant investment transaction reporting requested by group / local authority.
  • To prepare internal management MI reports for senior management evaluation and monitoring.
  • Review existing process flow to form up streamlining process to optimize client investment journey.
  • Ensure all processes are complied with group guidelines and external regulations.

Skills Requirements

  • Bachelor or above university degree
  • Experienced in business management/operations
  • Strong risk and compliance mindset
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and work independently under pressure within a team environment
  • Familiar with MS Excel, Word
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Extensive knowledge of Bank practices, regulatory environment, and investment products
  • Organized, self-initiated and detail oriented
  • Highly proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese

License/Qualification Requirement

  • 證券商業務人員 and Trust sales personnel License are prerequisite
