工作內容:
1. 接聽電話客服,提供消費者對產品、服務、訂單的諮詢與對應
2. 服務案件的建立、追蹤與查詢
3. 協助製作相關報表
4. 主管及行政事務交辦事項
5. 可配合排班

班別
夜班: 14:00-23:00
大夜班: 23:00-7:00(每月3-5次)

完整教育訓練:
教育訓練期間,正常計薪,訓練內容包含專業的商品及系統操作技能訓練,每年亦不定期提供客服溝通技巧、客訴處理談判等....通識課程及相對應的職能訓練。
