【Job Brief】

We are searching for solution architect with a track record in supporting sales managers for Energy Infrastructure solution portfolio in global and regional business. This role entails execution of technical sales activities, turning customer/market requirement into an integrated solution, including requirement collection, clarification and analysis, design and architect solutions into offering, technical proposal and support solution delivery activities on-site. Close collaboration with global business units, regional sales and delivery team is crucial to this role.

【Responsibilities】

  1. Design and Architect solutions for sales proposal and bid:
    conduct in-depth customer/vertical market requirement analysis, design and architect electrical infrastructure(BESS, PCS, SST, renewable energy, controls) integrated solution for microgrid offering from current hardware and software solution portfolios, evaluate and assess technical gap and risk, propose feasible integrated solution fulfilling customer needs, drive 3rd party system integration test if required, promote solution values to customers, cost estimation, prepare solution presentation and proposal during sales and bidding stage.
  2. Technical Support and Knowledge Transfer
    : train internal and external project engineers to deploy solutions on-site, support on-site engineers for technical integration issues.
  3. Solution Development Management:
    support on-site Proof-of-Concept(PoC), First-of-a-Kind(FOAK) and Second-of-a-Kind(SOAK) verification and validation activities. Collaborate with individual product managers for features enhancement.
  4. Life-Cycle Management:
    feedback market trends and customer needs to solution manager for new solutions and/or features development.

【Qualifications】

  1. Proven experience in product/solution technical sales activities, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in global enterprise solution sales activities
  2. Industry Knowledge: Demonstrated technical expertise in at least one of the following areas: Energy Infrastructure microgrid operations, Electrical Power conversion(PCS, SST), Battery Energy Storage System, Energy Management System(Power SCADA, microgrid controls).
  3. Possess exceptional coordination, customer engagement, sales and technical support, project management, communication, problem-solving and analytical skills
  4. Fast learner with the ability to proficiently understand and absorb new domain knowledge
  5. Must possess an outgoing personality with growth mindset
  6. Language Proficiency: Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin)
  7. Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering is preferred. Master's degree is an additional advantage.
  8. (optional) Familiar with digital transformation, IoT, cloud and analytic services is an additional advantage
