We're hiring a Site Reliability Engineer at TenMax

Join us at TenMax, where you'll help build and maintain the backbone of our digital advertising platform, supporting our operations across Taiwan, and Southeast Asia. We're looking for someone passionate about infrastructure, eager to tackle challenges in hybrid cloud environments, and driven to optimize reliability and performance for real-time bidding systems.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Solve network and OS issues across our hybrid cloud infrastructure.
  • Support development teams using Ansible and Docker to deploy digital advertising services and internal data analytics applications.
  • Monitor infrastructure and data pipeline health using Prometheus and Grafana.

Our technology stack includes DSP, ADX, DMP, and SSP, forming a comprehensive digital advertising ecosystem. To minimize latency for our real-time bidding (RTB) services, we leverage a hybrid cloud setup incorporating Azure, GCP, and on-premises data centers. We also deploy Spark, Kafka, and Machine Learning models to enhance data pipelines, driving targeted ad placements with precision.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Experience with cloud services (Azure, GCP, AWS, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of OSI model and network troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in Shell scripting.
  • Linux administration skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Programming skills in Python, Java, or similar languages.
  • Experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or Ansible.
  • Network hardware management experience (Cisco Routers, HP Switches, A10 Load Balancers).
  • Database management experience (MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Cassandra).
  • Experience maintaining monitoring systems (StatusCake, NewRelic, Prometheus, Grafana).
