  • Work within the guidelines of applicable company Policies and Procedures, Engineering Standards
  • Promote & Prioritize "Safety" culture as per company Spirit & Letter Policies
  • Support project regulatory compliance for specific technologies (GT, GEN, ST, BOP).
  • Coordinate with local authority on OSHA registration for the equipment.
  • Work with sourcing to get the required documents from supplier.
  • Follow up with authority on status of certificate.
  • Work with site team and supplier to install the TS mark on equipment which are OSHA certified & TS mark is missing or not provided during shipment.
  • Site audit on TS mark once installation is complete.
  • Work with Authority to get the ITRI type approval certificates for impacted equipment.
  • Support Temporary registration with OSHA, if impacted equipment are shipping without Type approval certificates (ITRI/IECEX)
  • Identify the Local consultant and Professional engineer for PE stamping and other permit requirements – Work with local sourcing, LCPE and Project management to finalize the SOW & PO placement.
  • Under the supervision of the project Lead Compliance Project Engineer, coordinate with Project management, Customer & authority to submit the application & required documents for permits to regulatory authority.
  • Review the requirements in Chinese, if there is any discrepancy in English version. Work with Authority to understand the regulatory requirements if requirements are not clear.
  • Support the Registration of Non-Taiwanese manufacturer of Chemicals & Gases (like ammonia, phosphate, acids, alkalis, Hydrogen gases etc) with TCSCA & OSHA based on concentration and quantity
  • Support on site activities and local inspection
