職務概要 / Job Summary

負責在客戶購買產品後,提供專業的技術支援與服務,確保設備穩定運作並維持客戶滿意度。

Responsible for providing professional technical support and services after the customer purchases the product, ensuring stable equipment operation and maintaining customer satisfaction.

主要工作內容 / Key Responsibilities

1. 機器測試與維修 / Equipment Testing & Repair

  • 檢查與測試機器,確保其正常運作。
  • Inspect and test machines to ensure proper operation.
  • 當出現故障時,進行維修及故障排除。
  • Perform repairs and troubleshooting when malfunctions occur.

2. 交機與安裝 / Delivery & Installation

  • 負責設備運送到客戶現場,完成安裝與設定。
  • Deliver equipment to customer sites and complete installation and setup.
  • 進行連線與必要測試,確保設備順利運行。
  • Connect and test systems to ensure smooth operation.

3. 售後維護保養 / Preventive Maintenance

  • 定期進行保養與維護,延長設備使用壽命。
  • Perform regular maintenance to extend equipment lifespan.
  • 包含清潔、更換零件、調整與校準。
  • Includes cleaning, parts replacement, adjustments, and calibration.

4. 技術支援 / Technical Support

  • 提供遠端或現場支援,協助客戶解決問題。
  • Provide remote or on-site support to help customers solve problems.
  • 提供有效的解決方案與操作建議。
  • Offer effective solutions and operational advice.

5. 出差服務 / Field Service

  • 依需求前往國內外提供安裝、維修、保養或培訓。
  • Travel domestically and internationally for installation, repair, maintenance, or training as needed.

6. 客戶關係管理 / Customer Relationship Management

  • 與客戶直接接觸,建立長期信任關係。
  • Directly interact with customers to build long-term trust.
  • 溝通並理解需求,提供專業建議。
  • Communicate effectively to understand needs and provide professional advice.

7. 報告與文件 / Reporting & Documentation

  • 撰寫維修與服務報告,記錄過程、零件與解決方案。
  • Prepare service and repair reports, documenting processes, parts used, and solutions.
  • 與內部團隊共享資訊,確保後續支援順暢。
  • Share information with internal teams to ensure smooth follow-up support.
