- 協助主管擬訂、規劃及推動所屬單位安全衛生管理事項,並指導有關人員實施。
- 熟悉環安衛相關法規、條款及ISO標準。
- 溝通並協助部門預防和調查ESH事件,並提供矯正計劃。
- 協助主管引導部門內落實作業安全標準及執行檢查,並申報或留存必要紀錄。
- 能適應多元工作場所及具良好跨部門溝通協調能力。
- 專案管理。
- 需具乙級職業安全衛生技術士證照、如具甲級職業安全或衛生管理師尤佳。
- 相關領域的學士學位或同等學歷,職業安全衛生尤佳。
- 熟悉並有維護ISO 14001及45001系統之經驗。
- 具有半導體行業職安管理經驗尤佳。
- 安全衛生法律的充足知識與內部溝通能力。
- 英文中等程度。
- 具備基本微軟運用能力。
- 工作安全分析及人因危害分析及預防。
