[Our Team - RDSec]
RDSec Team is committed to continuously improving the efficiency and security of Trend Micro product development lifecycle. This job is to work with the Product Development team, guide the team to release products or services with the advanced knowledge of DevOps tool chain in security solutions.

[Our Role - (Sr.) DevSecOps Tools Engineer]
You Will Have a Chance To Design The Secure Release Pipeline For Production, Which Is Related To Secure CI/CD, Code Security, Cloud, Infra As Code, Data Analysis, Etc.

  • Design, implement and management of secure CI/CD process and artifacts (source code, document, release build, image) with multiple tools (GitHub, K8S, Fortify, Black Duck, JFrog, ELK, AWS/Azure/GCP, …)
  • Provide release process, code security and security tool chain operation and consultant service to product development teams.
  • Design and implement the platform of the product development process data analysis, security auditing.
  • Watching and evaluating the new industrial technologies on DevOps tool chain and code security.

For this position, we expect he/she can share knowledge and best practice with colleagues. In this position, he/she will keep his/her skills up to date by working with the latest technologies.

[Qualifications / Requirements]

  • 1- 3 years of experience in software development or equivalent work experience.
  • Solid knowledge of either one of backend programming such as Python, GoLang, Java
  • Strong experiences on CI/CD solution setup for official software product release.
  • Familiar with multiple DevOps relevant tools. (GitHub, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform … etc.)
  • Familiar with public cloud solution like: AWS, Azure, GCP
  • Strong communication skills and willing to take challenges.
  • Good English read/write, and oral skill is required.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., AI Coding, MCP Server) is plus – even personal/hackathon projects count
