BTSE is seeking ambitious, motivated professionals to join our B2C and B2B teams. Responsibilities:
  • Plan and conduct usability tests (moderated/unmoderated) for both existing and new features, prioritizing issues based on severity and user evidence
  • Run user interviews and funnel analyses to uncover behavioral patterns and pain points across the end-to-end journey.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and designers to co-create hypotheses, define success criteria, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Generate regional research insights, including lightweight personas, JTBD, journey maps, and localization guidance for priority markets.
  • Maintain research operations including participant recruiting, privacy protocols, research documentation, and a searchable insight repository.
Requirements:
  • 3–5+ years of experience in UX research, preferably in digital product environments.
  • Proficiency in planning and executing both qualitative and quantitative research methods (e.g., usability testing, interviews, surveys).
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills — able to turn complex findings into clear, actionable insights.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, Engineering, and Compliance.
  • Ability to manage research logistics independently, including recruiting, scheduling, and documentation.

  • Familiarity with fintech, crypto, or compliance-heavy product domains.
  • Experience conducting research for global or region-specific audiences, especially across emerging markets.
