Job Description

Essential Functions

  • Independently prioritize and manage daily testing tasks.
  • Conduct more complex testing and troubleshoot routine issues.
  • Follow SOPs and WIs with precision and can provide feedback to improve SOPs and workflows.
  • Take ownership of equipment maintenance, inventory oversight, and process documentation.
  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized workspaces.
  • Contribute to cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Attend training sessions to gain knowledge of processes and compliance requirements.

Minimum Qualifications – Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Life Science, Biotech, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute tasks independently and troubleshoot routine issues.
  • Demonstrated punctuality and accountability.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in task execution and documentation.
  • Commitment to safety and cleanliness in the lab/workspace.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Ability to follow instructions and be open to feedback.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to changing workflows.
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
  • Strong work ethic and respect for company policies and procedures.
  • Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications – Education and Experience

  • 1–2 years of professional experience in QC, QA, or Manufacturing environments.
  • Formal training or certification in quality control processes or ISO standards.
  • Familiarity with a Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Proven ability to identify and suggest process improvements.
  • Recognized for contributing to team success and fostering a supportive work environment.
  • Hands-on experience with inspection techniques and reliability analysis.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and basic digital documentation platforms.
