  • B2B Buying/Selling
    : Proficient in commercial negotiation techniques.
  • Lot Valuation
    : Ability to estimate the resale value of unsold, damaged, or clearance goods.
  • Financial & Judicial Analysis
    : Skilled in analyzing financial statements and judicial liquidation cases to identify business opportunities.
  • Clearance Channels Knowledge
    : Familiar with wholesalers, liquidation platforms, and B2B marketplaces for sourcing and resale.
  • Logistics & Warehousing
    : Understands the flow of goods, transport coordination, and storage operations.
  • Commercial Law
    : Basic knowledge of contract law, sales law, and procedures related to insolvency procedures.
  • Language Proficiency
    : Fluent in English and Chinese for effective cross-border communication.
