駐臺灣辦事處銷售人員(sales staff)

职责

【職責描述】

• 負責中國臺灣區域被動元件MLCC銷售與渠道拓展,達成年度業績目標;
• 跟進目標客戶,挖掘新專案機會;
• 定期分析市場/競品動態,制定並執行區域銷售策略;
• 管理客戶商務條件、價格談判、合同簽訂及回款;
• 大陸總部與臺北辦事處兩地協作,客戶訂單後續交由總部跟單團隊支援,銷售專注與業務拓展與客戶關係維護。

资历

【任職要求1】 

• 0-2年電子行業銷售經驗,具有被動元件實習經驗者優先;大專及以上學歷,電子類、營銷類相關專業優先;
• 熟悉臺灣電子產業鏈生態,具有MLCC原廠或代理商銷售背景者尤佳;
• 獨立拜訪客戶維護關係,最好能夠流利使用中文和英文進行商務溝通;
• 可常駐臺北辦事處,能適應短期/長期出差;
• 態度端正、積極陽光,學習能力強,具有高度自驅力與抗壓能力,可獨立在臺完成業績指標。

【任職要求2】

• 具有3年及以上被動元件銷售經驗,瞭解其市場及供應鏈運作模式;
• 熟悉臺灣電子產業鏈生態,具有MLCC原廠或代理商銷售背景者尤佳;
• 已建立伺服器、筆電客戶人脈資源者或有臺灣電子行業代理商資源優先優先錄用;
• 最好能夠流利使用中文和英文進行商務溝通;
• 可駐臺北辦事處,能適應短期/長期出差拜訪客戶;
• 態度端正、適應力強、執行力強,具有高度自驅力與抗壓能力,可獨立在臺完成業績指標。

【薪資情況】

• 4.5~6.7W TWD/月(10~15K CNY/月)+業績提成;條件優異者薪資再議

【Key Responsibilities】

• Be responsible for the sales and channel expansion of passive components MLCC in Taiwan region of China, and achieve the annual performance target.
• Follow up with target customers and explore new project opportunities.
• Regularly analyze market and competitor dynamics, formulate and implement regional sales strategies.
• Manage clients' business terms, price negotiations, contract signing and collection of payments.
• The headquarters and the Taipei office collaborate in two locations. Customer orders are subsequently supported by the headquarters' order-following team, with sales focusing on business expansion and customer relationship maintenance.

【 Job Requirement 1】

• 0-2 years of sales experience in the electronics industry. Those with internship experience in passive components are preferred.
• college degree or above, majoring in electronics, marketing or related fields is preferred.
• Familiarity with the electronic industry chain ecosystem in Taiwan is required. Candidates with sales background from MLCC original manufacturers or agents are preferred.
• Visit clients independently to maintain relationships, and it is best to be fluent in business communication in both Chinese and English.
• Be able to stay at the Taipei office permanently and adapt to short-term/long-term business trips.
• Have a correct attitude, be positive and sunny, have a strong learning ability, possess high self-motivation and stress resistance, and be capable of independently completing performance targets in Taiwan.

【 Job Requirement 2】

• Candidates should have at least 3 years of sales experience in passive components and be familiar with their market and supply chain operation models.
• Familiarity with the electronic industry chain ecosystem in Taiwan is required. Candidates with sales background from MLCC original manufacturers or agents are preferred.
• Those who have established a network of server and laptop customers or have resources as agents in Taiwan's electronics industry will be given priority for employment.
• It is best to be fluent in business communication in both Chinese and English.
• Be able to set up an office in Taipei and adapt to short-term or long-term business trips to visit clients.
• Have a positive attitude, strong adaptability, and excellent execution ability. Possess a high degree of self-motivation and stress resistance, and be capable of independently completing performance targets in Taiwan.

• 10-15K CNY per month W TWD per month) + performance commission; For those with outstanding qualifications, the salary will be negotiated
