Together we can…
  • Defines and executes the Go-To-Market strategy for the consumer channel with respect to sales & marketing (channel marketing, Marcom, rebate management, system management, and dashboard)
  • Plan, execute and coordinate the trade marketing plan
  • Lead the development of accounts specific key campaigns and activities
  • Responsible for collect and analyse market data, industry & customer insights from market cluster in order to translate to local product marketing team
  • Work closely with channel partners together with Key Account Manager to solicit and get feedback on new ideas and test customer propositions & insights through primary research
  • Support channel in merchandising & promotion related program & build-ups with minimum supervision
  • Plan and execute the advertising and promotion budget and ensure the budget spend effectively.
  • Coordinate with FIN for defining rebate management and follow discipline of FIN accrual and settlement process.
  • System management and dashboard management
You are…
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years' relevant experience preferably with 3 years in trade marketing experience towards to Hyper/Super market key accounts (ie: Carrefour/TLW/Costco etc.) and GT channels.
  • Good command in English & Chinese
  • Independent, organized, good communications skills, analytical minded, details oriented and good attitude
  • Capable to handle multi-tasks in tight schedule and be able to work under pressure
  • Strong PC skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.
  • Immediate available is an advantage
