Job Description:

協助開立、管理及核對客戶發票

應收帳款作業管理(帳款登錄、對帳、催收)

客戶帳務處理及異常款項追蹤

應收帳款帳齡分析,定期提供財務報表

401營業稅申報,編制銷售相關調節表

協助年度審計、內部稽核相關資料準備

與業務單位進行客戶款項確認與溝通

上級主管交辦之其他相關事項

職務條件:

學歷:專科 / 大學以上,會計、財務、商管相關科系佳

工作經驗:1–3 年會計相關工作經驗(具應收帳款經驗尤佳)

其他條件: 細心、耐心,具良好溝通能力,抗壓性高,能獨立作業並具團隊合作精神
