Description
Mission:

  • Documents Analysis and records on assigned Sang-Ying Line Project,
  • Documents Translations of English to Chinese, and Chinese to English of Sang-Ying project documents,
  • Supporting project activities make project success.

Accountabilities:

  • Ensure analysis and records of Project documents and Contract administration (providing analysis, keeping records).
  • Ensure the preparation of Letters or reporting for the Project.
  • Translations of English to Chinese or Chinese to English of project documents.
  • Ensure the management of Project document control in the project share point.
  • Ensure Work in progress and accounts/expenses payable reporting and analysis.

Skills and Knowledge:

  • English Speak, Write, Read and Listen above the average level,
  • Chinese speaking is Good level,
  • Microsoft office, Word, Excel: excellent level.
  • Railway/Metro working experiences of signaling/Rolling Stock is a plus.
