• Develop and carry out extensive capacity, capital, and scenario planning to meet production requirements.
• Lead cross-functional teams to determine and implement flawless program management processes.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure the successful integration of planning strategies.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to optimize production efficiency.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to streamline operations.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in capacity planning, capital planning, and scenario planning.
• Strong cross-functional management and program management skills.
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under strict deadlines and prioritize effectively.

• Master's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of advanced planning tools and software.
• Demonstrated ability to lead ambitious projects to successful completion.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
