We are looking for a passionate
Applied AI Scientist
to become
our first Taiwan-based engineer
, working alongside top AI researchers and engineers across Japan and the world.

You will play a key role in applying cutting-edge
NLP and LLM technologies
to real products — from interactive systems to intelligent automation — driving the next evolution of AI-powered gaming and user experiences.

This is not just a research role, but an opportunity to

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with global AI engineering teams to bring
    NLP technologies
    into production and improve product experiences.
  • Research, design, and prototype innovative NLP / LLM solutions, validating feasibility and scalability.
  • Lead or participate in key projects from requirement analysis to technical implementation.
  • Continuously explore emerging AI research areas — such as LLM fine-tuning, RAG, and Agent frameworks — and apply them to real-world applications.
  • Document technical insights and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready solutions.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in
    NLP research or industry applications
    (e.g., machine translation, text generation, conversational AI).
  • Proven experience with
    LLM training, fine-tuning, or integration
    into real products.
  • Strong proficiency in
    Python
    and frameworks such as
    PyTorch or TensorFlow
    .
  • Solid understanding of
    Transformer architectures
    and modern NLP algorithms.
  • Master's degree or above in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, or a related field.

Nice to Have

  • PhD degree or publications in top-tier NLP or AI conferences.
  • Familiarity with tools such as
    Hugging Face, LangChain, spaCy, or OpenAI API
    .
  • Experience with
    cloud-based AI deployment (AWS, GCP, Azure)
    .
  • Prior exposure to
    multilingual, gaming, or content-driven AI projects
    .
