【工作內容】

  • 推動創新研究:專注於生成式AI與機器學習應用領域,進行前瞻性研究,協助組織制定長遠願景與發展策略。
  • 研究與應用產品接軌:與AI Developer、產品經理、應用系統開發等跨職能團隊合作,將研究成果與內部應用系統緊密結合,探索最佳應用實踐,進一步擴大新技術在組織內的影響力。
  • AI技術專家:持續追蹤AI領域的最新趨勢,積極研讀相關科學文獻,並參與AI產品發表會及技術研討會,從而成為公司內部公認的AI專業權威。
  • 客製LLM模型訓練開發:為各種應用構建和訓練模型。這個過程涉及選擇合適的大型語言模型、調整超參數以及使用大型資料集訓練模型。

工作地點:竹北辦公室(新竹縣竹北市文興路二段539號)

【必要條件】

  • 熟悉深度學習、生成式AI之技術原理。
  • 熟悉自然語言處理任務,了解Prompt Engineering、機器學習、語音識別、機器翻譯、文本分類、實體識別和情感分析等應用領域。
  • 精通Python等程式語言,熟悉深度學習框架,例如:TensorFlow、PyTorch。
  • 出色的書面和口頭溝通能力,能夠向非專業觀眾解釋複雜的技術概念。
  • 具有創造性地解決挑戰並提出創新解決方案的能力。

【加分條件】

  • 熟悉Azure、GCP或AWS等雲端計算平台。
  • 熟悉敏捷開發(Agile Development)。
  • 曾經在在知名期刊或會議發表AI、機器學習或相關領域的研究成果。
  • 具半導體產業經驗。
