Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations:

Key responsibilities include creating and maintaining project schedules, identifying and mitigating risks, facilitating effective communication among stakeholders, and driving projects to successful completion within specified timelines and budgets. The ability to adapt to rapidly changing priorities and navigate ambiguity is essential in this fast-paced environment.


• Responsible for new product introduction from kick-off till End-Of-Life of System products.

• Drive all platforms moved to mass production and launched in time as Marketing expected.

• Familiar with Intel / AMD Product Roadmap with Architecture platform.

• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and quality improvement into system projects.

• Led the core team meetings with multiple technical experts, including ID, ME, EE, FW, SW, PE, and DQA.

• Develop suitable solutions based on core team decisions and agreements.

• Participate in discussion with ID, engineers, DQA, and CM cross functional R&D to finalize feasible solutions.

• Monitor vendor closely for issue tracking, tooling development, process qualification, and ECN management.

• Review DFM proposal, process development, and issue analysis from suppliers.

• Foster effective teamwork and communicate among vendors and internal cross-functional teams to manage deliverables.

• Handled quality issue, root cause analysis, implementing effective solution, and risk assessment.

• Formulate short/long term solutions with backup plan and assure ODM is following specifications.

Essential Skills and Experience:

Education and experience

• 10+ years relevant experience of project management in execution, preferably in a corporate, technology-related international company.

• 5+ years of ODM experience in managing projects across cross-functional teams including Marketing, Engineering, Operations, Quality.

• Bachelor or Master degree in related field, engineering background is a plus

• The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relevant work experience in laptop/desktop/workstation/server related technical project management.

Qualifications:

• Central of Excellence / Business Intelligence Engineer / Project Management background

• Familiar with Systems develop process, including ME, EE, FW, and SW.

• Development experience of AI workstations and servers are plus

• Proven ability to lead and work with cross-sector and cross-region teams, on a complex project, from beginning to closure

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to successfully engage technical and non-technical stakeholders. 

• Fluent in Mandarin and English, capable of bridging Taiwan-based teams and US stakeholders with clear, effective communication. 

• Able to explain complex matters in simple terms, and communicate to upper management with insight of impact on business and recommendation of solutions

• A leader and driver, able to collaborate and work well with all levels of internal and external stakeholders

• Strategic thinking, while attention to details. Can zoom in and zoom out, from details to bigger picture

• Team player, collaborate, positive, proactive, critical and innovative
