Analog/Mixed-Signal IC Design Engineer

Richtek is seeking Analog/Mixed-Signal IC Design Engineers for our North American Business Group. Position available in the following product areas: Hot-Swap controller, Electronic Circuit Breakers, USB-C load switches, Ideal-diode controller and Power Monitoring products. Process technologies include advanced CMOS and BCD technology.
Responsibilities
- Functional IP blocks design including reference, low offset amplifier, general purpose amplifiers & comparators, gate driver, oscillator, I & V DAC and ADC
- Floor planning and hands-on supervision of the layout
- Collaborate w/ the DRD on the RTL development
- AMS simulation of the whole chip including the RTL developed by the DRD
- Work with test engineer to develop the ATE system
- Work with Field Sales, Applications Engineering and Product Marketing on the Go-to-Market Plan
- Help sales teams capture design-wins at key customers
Qualifications
The ideal candidate must have a successful track record of defining and designing high-performance power management products that have had commercial success.
- MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering
- 5+ years analog/mixed signal IC development
- Good English communication skills
