The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting our client-site operations, with a focus on network and system integration. By delivering consistent onsite services, handling daily reports, and troubleshooting issues, you will help maintain a stable and reliable IT environment. You will also contribute to project support and collaborate with enterprise clients to ensure service satisfaction and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site technical support.
  • Perform daily maintenance tasks and generate routine operation reports.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to systems, networking, and information security equipment.
  • Assist with onsite project execution and ongoing system operations.
  • Coordinate with the client for urgent support outside of regular working hours.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in network and system integration.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise network infrastructure, including routers, switches, wireless, and security systems.
  • Experience in building and supporting large-scale backbone network projects.
  • Familiarity with virtualization platforms such as VMware.
  • Basic understanding of enterprise domain and LAN/WLAN environments.
  • Experience with Cisco routers, Nexus, and Catalyst series is a strong plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Router/Switch setup and integration (Cisco preferred).
  • Completion of the "2022 Digital Talent Acceleration Program" and holding relevant VUE certifications will be prioritized.
