About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our Global HQ team. In this role, you'll be the bridge between our customers, internal stakeholders, and technical teams—leading projects that support system improvements, EDI integration, and customer service optimization.

What You'll Do

  1. Requirement Management:
    Gather and analyze business and technical requirements from customers or internal users. Translate needs into functional specs and secure stakeholder approval.

  2. Project Management
    Plan project schedules and resources. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (development, testing, architecture, business). Track progress, mitigate risks, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

  3. Production Support
    Troubleshoot live system issues and emergency situations. Identify root causes and drive resolution with relevant teams. Continuously optimize monitoring and reporting processes.

  4. Communication & Documentation
    Prepare system documentation, user manuals, and reports. Host meetings such as requirement interviews and system demo reviews. Communicate project status with internal and external stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, IT, Business, or related fields.
  • 2+ years of experience in project management, system support, or customer service.
  • Experience in freight forwarding or logistics is a strong plus.
  • Intermediate or above English proficiency (reading, writing, speaking, listening).
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Comfortable working under pressure and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
