SurveyCake 是目前台灣最大的雲端問卷軟體服務,幫助企業與個人有效地蒐集多樣化的數據,並將其轉化為可行且有價值的行動。目前 SurveyCake 擁有來自全世界超過 100 萬名用戶,並累積蒐集超過 20 億筆填答。為了打造更好的產品與服務,我們需要一個善於解決問題的產品營運經理加入我們。你將會與各部門的夥伴密切合作,並負責持續提升 SurveyCake 的產品可靠度與品質,一起幫助 SurveyCake 往願景邁進。

▍在這裡你需要做的:

  • 釐清 2B 端各方需求,評估解決方案可行性與安排優先順序

  • 參與產品的測試工作,回報並追蹤產品臭蟲(Bug),確保問題獲得修正

  • 監督資安掃描結果,與開發團隊協作評估技術可行性、追蹤修復進度

  • 主導問題解決之討論,與開發者及市場處密切溝通、協作

  • 協助企業客戶導入服務及負責後續維運工作

  • 跨部門溝通協調資源,確保客戶需求被有效處理

▍必要條件

  • 擁有 1 年以上軟體產業相關工作經驗

  • 具備與開發者、IT 溝通協作的經驗與技能

  • 擅長跨部門溝通與協調相關資源

  • 熟悉技術用詞與技術文件(例如:API、git)

  • 熟悉一種以上專案管理軟體 (例如:Gitlab、Jira、Notion)

  • 善於溝通,能清楚表達測試發現並與團隊協作、能理性溝通並接納各種想法和意見

  • 信任團隊夥伴,尊重彼此專業

  • 對網路產業保有熱情,不排斥任何挑戰

  • 在乎細節,能發現細微錯誤並主動回報、且能有效率地掌控時程完成被交付的工作任務

  • 邏輯清晰,能有條理地進行測試、撰寫相關文件
