Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Co-work with relative departments and CM during sample run stage.
  • Responsible for coordinating production resources.
  • Project management and manufacturing technology.
  • Compile data to generate DFM/DFT feedback report to our design team and assist product design improvement.
  • Responsible for the bridge between Production and Customers to meet customers' needs.
  • NPI (MP) problem analysis and quality improvement.
  • Co-work with IQC/QA to review quality issues and performance of CM correct action.
  • Watch out transfer project.
  • Help CM get relative test resource during NPI status.
  • Review CM SOP and process.

Qualifications
1 Education and/or Experience: TE, SE with at least 1 years of hands-on experience on PCB assembly process

2 Language Skills: English, Mandarin

3 Good knowledge of computer or electronic components or devices

4 Good knowledge of machinery or mechanism design.
