【Candidate Profile 】

  • Engineering background with 5+ years' experience in manufacturing, automation, or process development.
  • Strong skills in DFM/DFA, process analysis, and manufacturing line design for high-tech or electronics products.
  • Hands-on experience with automation equipment, CAD tools, and familiarity with PLCs or basic programming.
  • Effective problem-solver and communicator, with the ability to work across R&D, manufacturing, and external suppliers.

【Responsibilities】

  • Collaborate across teams (R&D, manufacturing, suppliers) to ensure new product designs are optimized for automation, manufacturability, and cost-efficiency.
  • Lead design and process validation, including DFM/DFA analysis, process flow setup, machine layout, and manufacturing time analysis.
  • Develop and implement automation solutions, from early concept to final equipment qualification, using lean principles and new technologies.
  • Apply technical expertise in areas like welding, precise dispensing, micro-assembly, and automation design to improve production quality and efficiency.
