Job Description

  • Able to independently lead product portfolio marketing strategy for assigned categories within FMCG
  • Define and execute product positioning and pricing to maximize consumer impact
  • Analyze consumer insights, market trends and competitive landscape and work with the internal/external insight team and data analytics tools
  • Partner with Sales and Area marketing teams to drive promotional and advertising effectiveness
  • Manage E2E product launch activities, including product development, messaging, campaign planning, and cross-functional (sales, trade, supply chain, sourcing, R&D, call center) alignment
  • Track and lead marketing/campaign KPI executions

Requirements

  • 6+ years of FMCG marketing experience
  • Bachelor's (and above) degree in the marketing field
  • Good (verbal & written) communication skills to ensure smooth collaboration with country/regional teams
  • Resilient and agile in FMCG environments
  • Familiar with SAP system (nice to have)
  • Familiar with digital marketing
  • Familiar with Excel/BI analysis
