Characterize monoclonal clonal antibodies isotype and mycoplasma contamination by ELISA and commercial kit/PCR, respectively Characterize monoclonal clonal antibodies purity by SDS and IEF electroporation systems Analyze and summarize data with high attention to detail in accordance with SOPs. Complete all documentation, including project conceptual design, batch records, experimental data, Clarity and FileMaker.
