Under guidance of senior personnel, prepare hybridoma culture related material and antibody purification related buffer Hybridoma cell culture maintenance, expansion and cryopreservation Characterize antibody level in hybridoma culture supernatant by Octet in accordance with SOP. Characterize monoclonal clonal antibodies isotype and mycoplasma contamination by ELISA and commercial kit/PCR, respectively Characterize monoclonal clonal antibodies purity by SDS and IEF electroporation systems Analyze and summarize data with high attention to detail in accordance with SOPs. Complete all documentation, including project conceptual design, batch records, experimental data, Clarity and FileMaker. Lab database organization and maintenance Collaborate with other product development research associates and scientists to provide project updates, to establish project timelines and to assist completion of product development documentation Other projects or responsibilities as assigned
