職位目的 / Job Purpose:

負責國際品牌與製造客戶的專案管理與經營,串聯設計、供應鏈與營運單位,確保專案從被轉交啟動、報價、量產到交付的全流程執行順暢。此職位需具備跨文化溝通能力與高執行力,能在快節奏的環境中,獨立主導會議、推動決議與落實行動。

職責說明 / Key Responsibilities:

客戶溝通與專案管理 / Account & Project Ownership

  • 負責專案客戶經營,推動新案機會從 RFI 至 MP 全流程。

  • 管控交期 (OTD)、成本與利潤目標,確保專案績效達標。

  • 作為客戶主要窗口,主持中英文會議, 主導客戶與內部團隊的協調會議,負責需求澄清、議題解決,明確結論並追蹤執行。

  • 客戶關係維護與確保長期合作關係,追求客戶滿意與業務持續成長。

跨部門協作 / Cross-Functional Coordination

  • 與設計、品質、供應鏈及營運單位密切合作,確保專案順利導入與執行。

  • 處理異常與緊急議題,具備運營風險敏感度與主動適時啟動內部升級的意識。

  • 支援跨地區樣品、試產與生產計畫。

成長與策略貢獻 / Growth & Strategic Support

  • 發掘專案內新機會,推動增量營收與策略合作。

  • 與業務開發團隊協作,支援大型國際專案導入。

任職資格 / Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 商管、供應鏈管理、國際貿易、包裝工程或相關科系學士以上。

  • 五年以上業務或專案管理經驗,具 ICT / ODM / EMS / 包裝或製造產業背景尤佳。

  • 中英文聽說讀寫流利,可獨立主持雙語會議並推動決議。

  • 具備跨文化溝通能力與國際出差經驗。

  • 優秀的專案管理、談判與問題解決能力。

  • 可配合海外長期出差(每次約 6 週,地點為北美)。

  • 熟悉品牌 consign 模式或供應鏈協作流程。

  • 具 Salesforce、Excel 或其他專案管理工具經驗。

  • 具良好組織敏感度與跨部門協作經驗。
