Job Description

  • 持續探索 LLM、AI Agents 及 AI Engineering 的最新研究,確保組織技術棧始終處於領先地位。
  • 深度評估國際頂尖 AI 公司的技術走向,轉化為組織內部的競爭優勢。
  • 從宏觀角度定義 AI 技術藍圖,設計高可擴展、高穩定性的企業級 AI 系統架構。
  • 親手打造 PoC,驗證新技術的可行性,並加速從實驗室到產品化的過程。
  • 作為技術核心,與產品與工程部門緊密協作,確保 AI 方案能完美嵌入生產環境並發揮商業價值。

The Successful Applicant

  • 具備 8 年以上工作經驗,有 Data Science 或 AI/ML 實戰經驗,且曾親手操刀 LLM 微調或 AI Agent 系統部署。
  • 擁有資深的研究嗅覺,能快速消化學術論文並轉化為工程實作,具備資深學位(碩博士)尤佳。
  • 不只會寫算法,更理解企業級架構設計,能處理數據流、安全性與擴展性的複雜關係。
  • 能將深奧的技術語言翻譯成商業邏輯,具備強大的團隊影響力與溝通韌性。
