我們正在尋找一位 支付與風控產品經理,負責 OTA 平台的 支付流程優化、支付渠道整合 與 風險控制策略。
此角色需平衡 交易成功率、用戶體驗與風險控制,確保平台在全球市場能提供穩定、安全且高效的支付體驗。

主要職責
1. 負責 OTA 平台 支付體驗設計與優化,提升支付成功率與用戶滿意度。
2. 規劃與整合多元支付方式(信用卡、電子錢包、本地支付方式等),支援跨境支付需求。
3. 與第三方支付供應商合作,持續拓展與優化支付渠道。
4. 設計與優化 風控規則與風險引擎,降低詐欺與拒付風險。
5. 與數據、風控團隊合作,建立交易監控、異常偵測與風險模型。
6. 與財務、客服、法務等部門合作,確保支付與風控策略符合合規與營運需求。
7. 建立並追蹤核心指標(支付成功率、拒付率、詐欺率等),持續迭代優化。

任職資格
1. 3–5 年以上產品經理經驗,具備支付、金流或風控相關背景。
2. 熟悉支付產業生態(如信用卡網關、第三方支付、電子錢包、本地支付渠道)。
3. 具備 風控或反欺詐產品 經驗尤佳。
4. 具備數據分析能力,能透過數據驅動決策。
5. 優秀的跨部門溝通與協作能力。
6. 英文聽說讀寫能力佳,能與國際支付夥伴與團隊直接溝通。

加分條件
1. 曾於 OTA、電商或金融科技平台負責支付/風控產品。
2. 具備 SQL 或數據分析工具使用經驗。
