Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Analyst role located in Hsinchu County. The Analyst will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to identify trends and provide actionable insights. Day-to-day tasks include conducting research, preparing reports, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring data-driven decision-making supports company objectives. This role plays a critical part in advancing the company's AI-driven solutions for health-related challenges.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in data analysis, statistical modeling, and interpretation of complex datasets
  • Experience with research, report preparation, and presenting insights to stakeholders
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools and analysis software
  • Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects
  • Relevant experience or knowledge in AI, healthcare, or biotechnology industries is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
