Group/Division

The KLA Services team headquartered in Milpitas, CA is our service organization that consists of Service Sales and Marketing, Spares Supply Chain management, Field Operations, Engineering, Product Training, and Technical Support. The KLA Services organization partners with our field teams and customers in all business sectors to maintain the high performance and productivity of our products through a flexible portfolio of services. Our comprehensive services include: proactive management of tools to identify and improve performance; expertise in optics, image processing and motion control with worldwide service engineers, 24/7 technical support teams and knowledge management systems; and an extensive parts network to ensure worldwide availability of parts.

Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

  • Analyze operational data across service teams to identify trends, risks, and performance gaps
  • Develop dashboards and reports to support regular reviews, strategic planning, and leadership updates
  • Align analytics with field operations and business goals by collaborating with regional management.
  • Deliver insights for Cross-BU and Monthly Ops meetings to support strategic initiatives.
  • Use Power BI, MS365, and Power Automate to automate workflows and enhance data accuracy
  • Identify automation opportunities and standardize reporting processes for continuous improvement.
  • Partner with IT and data governance teams to ensure data integrity, security, and alignment with KLA's global standards.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying automation opportunities and standardizing reporting processes.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in data science, Statistics, Engineering, or related field; Master's preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in semiconductor or high-tech operations
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP), Power BI; experience with SQL; Python or R and Power Automate is a plus.
  • Experience working with SAP, CRM, and other enterprise systems is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communicator with ability to present findings to senior leadership.

  • Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
