About the opportunity

As Marketing Coordinator (Taiwan) you'll execute impactful marketing plans tailored to the unique needs of the Taiwan market that ensure our brands thrive. This role reports to the Head of Marketing - Asia (based in Singapore) and will join our newly established Taiwan office.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Adapt regional marketing strategy for the Taiwan market and execute marketing initiatives with excellence
  • Ensure marketing activity is based on data-driven insights, aligned with regional objectives, and delivers measurable value.
  • Understand and communicate category, customer, and consumer insights from the Taiwan market to shape regional marketing strategy
  • Lead packaging projects, seasonal promotions, and in-store activations
  • Support the sales team with brand collateral and presentations for customer and grower meetings, trade shows, and industry events
  • Creative asset management for both traditional (in-store POS and packaging) and digital (social media and website) campaigns

About you

  • Degree qualified in Marketing
  • 5+ years' experience executing marketing plans that align with regional or global strategy
  • Deep understanding of the Taiwan modern trade / retail landscape with experience in the FMCG or CPG sector
  • Collaborative style with the ability to build effective relationships with global, cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with exceptional organizational and prioritization skills
  • Business-level proficiency in both English and Mandarin is essential.
