What will you do:
  • Deeply understand user needs and behavior patterns, continuously optimize existing products and plan new features to improve the overall user experience.
  • Responsible for writing User Stories, Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), designing wireframes and flowcharts to effectively communicate product vision and details.
  • Actively assist in collecting customer feedback, communicate and coordinate with external partners, and ensure that the product development direction is in line with market trends and business goals.
  • Work closely with the technical team to handle the related matters of system connection and drive the smooth progress of business development and functional optimization.
  • Based on the data analysis results, formulate specific and feasible product strategy plans, set observation indicators and propose substantive solutions to achieve goals.
  • Use agile methodologies to integrate design and software development teams, effectively coordinate cross-departmental collaboration, and develop clear delivery plans.
  • Lead or support the operation of the Scrum Team, demonstrate a high level of organizational and communication skills in project management.
  • Actively participate in the construction of product ecosystem, promote the implementation of diversified financial services and expand market influence.
What do you bring:
  • It has the ability to produce complete product documents such as user story writing, PRD production, wireframe design and flow chart drawing.
  • Have led a Scrum Team or served as a Team Leader of a product team for at least one year, and have good experience in teamwork.
  • Familiar with agile development process, able to effectively integrate design, technical and business resources to promote projects.
  • More than 5 years of experience in finance, payment and other related industries is preferred, and can quickly adapt to industry changes and propose innovative solutions.
  • He is good at thinking from the perspective of users, and can accurately grasp the pulse of the market and translate it into specific and executable product strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills and cross-departmental coordination skills to promote team consensus and drive goals.
  • Being open and accepting different opinions can help create a positive and trusting work atmosphere.
  • Able to break free from inertial thinking, find new ways to solve problems in the face of difficulties, and constantly break through self-limitations.
