Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and optimize wet process recipes to ensure flawless performance in semiconductor manufacturing.

  • Monitor and strictly control process parameters to maintain world-class manufacturing standards.
  • Provide technical support and training to production and engineering teams.
  • Lead continuous improvement projects to compete with industry benchmarks and achieve operational excellence.
  • Document and present findings, ensuring clear communication of process changes and outcomes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in semiconductor wet process engineering or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems effectively.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work seamlessly within a diverse team.
  • Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment.
  • Ability to strictly adhere to safety and quality standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully implement process improvements and achieve outstanding results.
