Develop and drive project procurement strategy to support hub business grow, profitability, cash flow improvement through continuous improvement initiatives with minimum compliance on the 3rd party Resale item.Identify and qualify key 3rd party suppliers and sub-contractors for framework agreements to provide competitive pricing and services to support the Growth segment for Pre-bid winning rates and during project execution to improve project gross margin.Collaborate and develop with Sales, Proposal, Project Delivery, Technical Sales Consultant, Peers cross Business Units and cross regions to drive materials and operational synergies to leverage on spend to achieve competitive pricing, quality, delivery and risk management with the supply base.Influence project proposal process by ensuring best 3rd party strategy to give Schneider Electric a competitive cost advantage during customer pursuits.Deploy benchmarking and cost modelling tools to enable competitive costs to win and drive margin improvements.  Deploy and develop work improve and tools to streamline the end to end processes and operation to achieve work efficient and saving. Education – bachelor's degree in engineeringExperience – Min. 5 years of experience in regional project procurement, 3 years of experience in process automation, Engineering Procurement & Construction (EPC) or Large Oil & Gas industriesCommunication – outstanding verbal, presentation & facilitation skills plus effective listening skills, high energy and engagingLanguage – fluency in English reading, writting, speaking and listening.Technical – solid negotiation, creative problem solving, superior data-driven decision-making skills and highly developed analytical skillsPreferred Qualifications – Certified Supply Chain ProfessionalEEExperience with SAP or similar ERP System
