About The Team
The Senior Delivery Manager team works closely with both the Sales and Global Customer Care (GCC) teams as part of the Professional Services in order to bridge the gap between clients and technology to facilitate implementations. The role has accountability for managing up to million-dollar client implementation projects and provides project management support and guidance to a dedicated team of Consultants to ensure projects remain on time and on budget. Applies solid technical knowledge combined with client management skills to ensure successful implementations.
*What you will do*
- Collaborate with clients, sales teams, and product managers to define project objectives, scope, and success criteria.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Conduct project kickoff meetings with clients and internal stakeholders to align expectations and establish communication channels.
- Coordinate with internal teams to assign tasks and responsibilities, ensuring clear communication and accountability.
- Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and identify and mitigate risks and issues to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Conduct regular project status meetings with clients and internal teams to provide updates, address concerns, and manage expectations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, fostering strong relationships and ensuring open and transparent communication.
- Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner, and escalate issues as needed to senior management for resolution.
- Document and maintain project documentation, including project plans, requirements, test cases, and issue logs, to support project governance and compliance.
- Leverage lessons learned from previous projects to drive continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the project management team.
*What we are looking for*
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain, Business or related post-secondary education.
- 8-10 years demonstrated progressive experience in project management.
- Deep understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Adept at working through the full project life cycle, including identifying and defining project scopes and goals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to help build relationships internally and externally with the ability to influence and negotiate to a desired outcome
- Experience working with a variety of stakeholders at various levels with a demonstrated ability to negotiate and influence
- Ability to translate technical requirements to non-technical audiences
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
