管理IT Infra cloud相關事務(相關日常維運與專案相關支援工作)與雲端工程師協調管理。並須與委外廠商與其他同事合作來完成不同性質之工作。 須能發揮相關專業職能與團隊精神,如期如質完成日常支援與專案。

To support the daily IT Infra cloud BAU works and projects and also manage cloud engineer resources. The person in this role needs to co-work with the outsourcing vendors and other colleagues as a TEAM in order to complete the BAU/Projects with time and quality. Also he/she needs to have the strong IT infra skill sets and knowledgs.

Resposibilities
one.To support the Cloud related projects/BAU and coordinate the project implementation and build-up.

two.To manage the cloud engineer resource and deliver the good quality and work and attitude. Also to manage/plan the cloud related works in a clear manner.

3.To lead/manage the outsourcing vendors/partners during the daily Infra support.

4.To troubleshooting the IT Cloud Operational related incidents.

5.To support the IT Security Regulation/Requirement implementation and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Must to have

one. Need to have at least 5 years IT related expericens.

two. Over 3 years of Cloud operation/design experience.

  1. Can design the Cloud architecture including Infra and IT secrutity.

  2. Experience on IaC ( Infrastructure as Code) and related CI/CD operation and related system management experience.

  3. Can communicate with regional team in English.

  4. Understanding of software development and IT operations.

  5. DevOps Engineering mindset

  6. Nice to have

one. GitHub Action experience.

two. Financial Industry experience.

  1. GCP or Azure related experience.
