Operations Customer Service Manager (Outsourced Contact Center)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced
Operations Customer Service Manager
to oversee the daily operations of our outsourced contact center. In this role, you will ensure service quality, lead performance improvements, and drive operational excellence across multiple projects. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth execution and successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead overall operations of the contact center and execute strategies to meet project KPIs.
  • Monitor and optimize operational and service performance metrics.
  • Ensure stability and consistency across customer service workflows; drive process and policy enhancements.
  • Manage project operations, including labor cost control and resource planning.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop team members to enhance professional capabilities and performance.
  • Maintain effective communication with internal teams and clients to ensure alignment on objectives.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in contact center operations or outsourced service management.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities under pressure.

Salary Range

NT$60,000 – NT$90,000 per month

(Depending on project scale and number of projects managed)
